GROUP FITNESS

Absonfitness classes are a fun and energising workout in a small group environment.

We keep our classes small (numbers are capped between min 15-18 max) to ensure you get the individual attention you need from our Trainers.

Classes are designed to compliment each other and are programmed by our Personal Trainers focusing on correct technique and injury prevention. You are GUARANTEED to burn between 600-800 calories (1x BOTTLE OF WINE) every single class and target every muscle group to keep the body balanced including legs, back, chest, abs and the biggest muscle of all The Heart.

Monday - Maximum Fatburner @ 6.00pm
Tuesday - Booty Boxfit @ 6:30pm
Wednesday - Big Boozers Bootcamp @ 6:00am
Thursday - Booty Boxfit @ 6:30pm
Friday - Maximum Fatburner @ 6.00am
Saturday - Big Boozers Bootcamp @ 7:30am and Yoga Unique @ 8:30am
