Description:

Start on all fours with fingers pointing towards your feet, while supporting your weight on your elbows. Straighten your legs, tilt body weight forward and lift your legs as high as you can, hold for a few seconds and descend as elegantly as you possibly can. No question about it, this is an awesome core routine.
